Unlike false eyelashes, where the strip or individual lashes are applied to the skin, lash extensions are semi-permanent faux mink lashes attached directly to the natural lash itself. The results are more lush, dense lashes that allow you to skip using mascara entirely. The extensions are carefully applied one at a time using a specially-formulated, semi-permanent glue that will not irritate or damage the natural lash.

A typical treatment involves anywhere from 80-140 individual extensions per eye, with lashes ranging from 6-18 mm in length, but it will depend on the individual and the type of natural eyelashes they have. For example, suppose you have damaged lashes or weak, short natural lashes. In that case, getting a more dramatic look is not always possible that a client with stronger, thicker lashes can achieve.

Classic Full Set

Classic eyelash extensions are – as their name implies – classic. They are simple, beautiful, natural-looking lash extensions. They are applied on a 1:1 ratio, which means one extension on one natural lash. This allows you to achieve an understated, natural enhancement.

For the initial classic full set, the procedure takes about 2 hours and can last about 5-6 weeks, but it varies for each person and how they follow the aftercare instructions, keeping eyelashes clean and brushed daily.

Fill-in sessions take about 1-1/2 hours and last about 3 weeks before needing another fill session.

Hybrid Full Set

Hybrid eyelash treatment combines two techniques: Volume (or Russian style) and individual lash extensions (Extend). Combining both treatments, hybrid lashes will give you volume and length, resulting in a wispy, textured lash extension look that lasts up to 6 weeks. However, how long your hybrid lashes last varies for each person and how they follow the aftercare instructions, keeping eyelashes clean and brushed daily.

For the initial hybrid lash extension set, the procedure takes about 2 hours, and fill-ins take about 1-1/2 hours and last about 3 weeks.

Volume Full Set

The Russian volume method applies multiple lashes to a single natural eyelash, individually isolating one natural eyelash at a time, using very thin lash extensions. For example, if applying two eyelash extensions to one natural lash, it's described as 2D, while applying three eyelash extensions to one natural eyelash, then it's described as 3D.

Volume lashes are lighter and fluffier, giving the client a fuller look. Volume lashes are perfect for clients who don't have a lot of lashes, have sparse lashes, bald spots, or just want a more dramatic look without having to use a thicker lash.

For the initial volume lash extension set, the procedure takes about 2 hours, and fill-ins also take about 2 hours, both lasting about 3 weeks, depending on how you care for your eyelash extensions.

Mega Volume Full Set

Mega volume lashes are very similar to traditional volume lash extensions. However, a mega volume lash extension set uses up to 16 extensions on one natural lash to create a fan (compared to up to 5 lash extensions with a traditional volume set). Mega volume eyelash extensions are ideal for those who want the maximum volume to create a mega-dramatic look.

For the initial mega volume lash extension set, the procedure takes about 2 hours, and fill-ins also take about 2 hours, both lasting about 3 weeks, depending on how you care for your eyelash extensions.

Eyelash Lift & Tint

Unlike lash extensions, a Eyelash Lift & Tint alters a client’s natural lash hair. Also known as a Lash Perm, each eyelash hair is laminated, lifted, and curved to give the appearance of more open, awake eyes. In addition, the tint uses vegetable dye or Henna to give the appearance of longer, thicker, and darker lashes.

Eyeash Lift & Tint can last from 6 - 8 weeks following the aftercare instructions for the first 24 hours, as well as daily maintenance, such as brushing your lashes in an upright position anytime after showering (or after getting your lashes wet) to help keep their shape. the procedure takes about 45 minutes.

Eyelash Extensions Aftercare

Avoid getting your eyelash extensions wet for up to 24 hours after application.
Do NOT rub, pull or touch your eyes.
Clean daily with eyelash foam cleanser, and dry using a blow dryer on a cool, low setting.
Brush through your eyelash tips in the morning.
Do NOT use oil-based products around or on the eyes, including makeup-removing wipes
When Applying face moisturizer or serums, avoid the Lash area
When washing your hair, rinse shampoo and conditioner to the back, don’t let it run on your face.
When exercising with excess sweating, wear a headband or have a towel to clean your forehead.
Do NOT sleep on your face.
Stay on top of your infills (recommended every 2 – 4 weeks).
